About this role
Apex Creator Management is hiring a Head Chatter to lead our growing chatter team. You'll recruit, onboard, and train new chatters, QA conversations, and drive revenue for a portfolio of premium creator accounts.
This is a leadership role with significant earning potential and a clear path to Operations Director.
Requirements
- 3+ years of chatter experience at senior level
- Previous team lead or management experience
- Deep knowledge of sales psychology in DM contexts
- Ability to train and mentor junior chatters
- Experience building training materials and playbooks
