About this role
We're seeking a Senior Chatter to join our growing team at EliteCreators Agency. You'll manage DM conversations for a portfolio of top-earning creators across multiple platforms, focusing on fan retention and revenue maximization.
You'll work the night shift (9PM–5AM EST) and be responsible for engaging with fans, upselling PPV content, and maintaining the creator's voice authentically.
This is a high-earning role with performance bonuses on top of base salary.
Requirements
- 2+ years of chatter/messaging experience
- Fluent in English (native or near-native)
- Experience with OnlyFans, Fansly, or similar platforms
- Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Reliable internet and backup power
- Available for night shifts (9PM–5AM EST)
