About this role
FlowState Agency manages traffic acquisition for 20+ creator accounts. We're looking for a Traffic Manager to plan and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns.
You'll run campaigns on Reddit, X (Twitter), TikTok, and test emerging platforms. This is a data-heavy role — you'll be expected to test, measure, and iterate constantly.
Requirements
- 3+ years in paid or organic traffic management
- Proven results driving traffic to creator pages
- Experience with Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, X Ads
- Strong analytical skills
- Budget management experience ($10k+ monthly ad spend)
