About this role
PeakFans OFM is one of the fastest-growing OnlyFans management agencies. We're looking for a sharp Account Manager to own a portfolio of creator accounts.
You'll onboard new creators, build their growth strategy, coordinate a team of chatters and traffic providers, and be ultimately responsible for account revenue and retention.
Requirements
- 2+ years in account management or creator management
- Deep understanding of OnlyFans/fan platform ecosystems
- Experience managing remote teams
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable with KPIs and dashboards
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
