About this role
Luminary Media is seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant to support a 7-figure creator CEO. You'll be the right hand of a busy creator who runs multiple brand deals, a content studio, and an agency.
This is a full-time remote role with room for growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, can anticipate needs, and thrives in a fast-paced creator economy environment.
Requirements
- 1+ year VA or executive assistant experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience with scheduling tools (Calendly, Google Calendar)
- Light copywriting and email drafting skills
- Comfort with Notion, Slack, Google Suite
- Fast response time during business hours
