About this role
PrismTalent Agency manages a roster of 30+ models and is growing fast. We need a Model Coordinator and Talent Scout to find new creator talent and manage day-to-day coordination with our existing roster.
You'll be the primary point of contact for models, handling scheduling, content planning, and compliance questions.
Requirements
- Experience in talent management or creator coordination
- Understanding of OnlyFans/Fansly content guidelines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build trust with creators
- Organized with attention to detail
